Reverse Mortgages SIDAC Code of Conduct

When dealing with seniors, their families, their advisors and all those associated with the senior community, all employees of Reverse Mortgages SIDAC agree to observe and maintain the following:

Treat all clients, their families, advisors and all associates with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Review with our prospects and clients all details of the Reverse Mortgage option(s) available to them.

Consult and discuss with our prospects and clients as to the best options to meet their needs.
4
Disclose all pertinent information to our prospects and clients, their family, and their advisors, regarding their options and costs.

Provide an estimated Good Faith Estimate that includes all potential costs as close to the actual costs as possible.

Work with our client’s families, friends, and/or other advisors, as the client desires, through the process of obtaining a Reverse Mortgage.

Meet with clients and their families in the convenience and comforts of their home whenever possible.

Maintain the security of our records and information about our prospects’ and clients’ at all times.

Don’t force or imply that a client is obligated to purchase other products or services in order to obtain a Reverse Mortgage.

Employ employees that have passed a background check and are honest and ethical.

Check the background and applicable licensing, as possible, of third parties who provide referrals to Reverse Mortgages SIDAC. Only accept referrals from reputable sources.

Disclose any financial interests a third party may have in the Reverse Mortgage transaction.

Report any suspected violations and/or abuse to the appropriate authorities.

Maintain honesty and ethics in all transactions and relationships.
